On Wednesday October 2, 2013 LHAKAR, Geshe Lharampa Tashi Gyatso la will introduce, teach and discuss on basic Tibetan Buddhism to broaden our knowledge and understanding. Geshe la’s knowledge is immeasurable and he has a very skillful way of teaching.
Geshe Tashi Gyatso la was born in Tibet. He finished most of his philosophic classes in Tibet. In the 1980s he went to India for further study and in 1998 he received the highest degree of Tibetan Buddhist Philosophy by H.H the Dalai Lama. He gave teachings on Buddhist philosophy at the Drepung monastery and in Mongolia for decades. Currently he travels around the world giving teachings wherever he goes.
